Join to apply for the School Custodian/Day Porter role at JV Janitorial Services, Inc. We are in need of a responsible custodian for a full-time day porter role, maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of school facilities during the day. The primary role is to keep classrooms, hallways, and common areas clean and safe for students and staff. JV Janitorial Services will train the employee on the proper guidelines, procedures, and proper use of chemicals and equipment during initial training and on an ongoing basis. Employees are expected to follow these guidelines and procedures as outlined. Hours: Mon - Friday 7am - 2:30pm Our Core Values: TRAITS: T rust, R espect, A ccountability, I ntegrity, T eammwork, and S afety Responsibilities Specific duties may vary depending on the Scope of Work required by the client at each location. General cleaning, including, but not limited to: trash removal; dusting; cleaning restrooms (basins, urinals, sinks, mirrors, floors, trash, and replenish supplies) break rooms, offices, conference rooms; sweeping and mopping floors; vacuuming floors; window washing; other duties as assigned.
